1. What is included in the price of Oriental Colours tours?

2. What is not included in the price of Oriental Colours tours ? • Laundry, telephone calls and expenditure of a personal nature

• Other domestic flights than mentioned in each itinerary
3. How do I make a booking? All tour booking can be made via online form Enquire Now or by sending us an email. In case of emailing, the following information of each travelers should be provided:
  • Full name
  • Date of Birth
  • Passport number
  • Visa number (if any)
  • Contact email (and/or) telephone
  • Date of arrival
  • Flight information
4. When will the booking be confirmed ? All booking will be confirmed within 24hours after the email is received.
5. How can I cancel my booking? We feel sorry that you have to cancel the service and understand that your cancelation is made out of neccessity.
In case of such event, kindly inform us in writing, the date of cancelation is when we receive your notice.

Cancelation is based on type of services, and time of year, we will inform upon request when you confirm the booking.
6. How to I book hotels, flights and train tickets or other services? We do not provide online instant confirmation of any services, as all services are custom made to suit your needs. So please click on "Request A Quote" botton at the end of that page or simply click here to inform us of your request and we will attend to your booking request immediately. When booking is confirmed we will email you with our confirmation.
7. When to pay deposit amount ? A deposit (10-50%) total payment is required to confirm the payment, the detailed amount and time of payment depends on booking and type of service. The remaining payment is due on arrival or during your stay in Vietnam. We accept all major credit cards by our secure payment online we also accept bank transfers or cash.
